Book Listings, Prices, Purchases, Refunds and Delivery

ISQ Books is a small independent book publisher operating in partnership with Amazon Global. As per the terms of the partnership all purchases, printing and delivery of orders is handled directly by Amazon Global.

When you click on a book's link on the ISQ Books website you will be taken to the corresponding book listing on the Amazon website for your country, where you will be able to see more information about your chosen book, and will have the ability to add the book to your Amazon basket. In order to complete purchase your chosen book you will need to have an active Amazon customer account to which you will need to be logged in.

Delivery options are those made available to you by Amazon. At the time of ordering please choose the delivery option that is most suitable for your situation.

Although initial prices are set by ISQ Books. Amazon retains the right to adjust prices at any time, at their discretion. Always check current prices before placing your order.

All enquiries with regards to purchases, delivery  and refunds should be made via Amazon Customer Service.

Liability

In the unlikely event that the order that Amazon delivers is not what you ordered, or is damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, ISQ Books and Amazon shall have no liability to you unless you notify Amazon of the problem, via their Customer Support Team within Amazon's required notification period. If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 14 days of the date on which they were dispatched to you, ISQ Books or Amazon shall have no liability to you unless you notify Amazon via their Customer Support Team within 14 days of the date on which the goods were dispatched to you.

If you notify a problem to Amazon under this condition, Amazon's only obligation will be, at its option, to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question to the original method of payment.

ISQ Books or Amazon will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to Amazon under this condition and Amazon shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the order in question under paragraph above.

 

Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit ISQ Books or Amazon's liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from its negligence.

Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.
